Full-Time Position
Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager helps lead the care of the St. Mary’s campus by overseeing maintenance, custodial work, groundskeeping, contractors, projects, work orders, inspections, and ongoing facility needs.
This role is closely connected to the life of both the parish and the school and is especially suited for someone who is organized, practical, flexible, able to lead a team, and committed to service.
This role includes:
- Supervising maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping operations
- Managing work orders and facility priorities
- Coordinating contractors and maintenance projects
- Helping plan and manage facility-related budgets
- Supporting parish and school staff through teamwork and service

Part-Time Position
Groundskeeper
The Groundskeeper helps maintain the cleanliness, safety, beauty, and reverent appearance of the exterior grounds and facilities of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and School.
This position focuses primarily on lawn care, landscaping, exterior upkeep, and the safe maintenance of parish grounds, with occasional support for maintenance, janitorial needs, and parish events.
This role includes:
- Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and landscape care
- Keeping walkways, entrances, parking areas, and gathering spaces safe and clean
- Caring for outdoor devotional spaces, signs, benches, and exterior areas
- Reporting maintenance needs, safety concerns, and equipment issues
- Supporting parish and school events as needed
